As first-time investment buyers from California, it was important for us to have a realtor who could walk us through every step — especially since we were purchasing a property without seeing it in person. When looking for a realtor my husband and I wanted to find some one who was also a veteran and thats how we found Daniel. All I can say is if your a veteran buying in the Little Rock, AR area you should really consider Daniel to be your realtor. My husband and I were first time home buyers and Daniel was able to help us navigate the process flawlessly. The only weekend we had available was July 4th and he made it work. He showed us over 16 homes in 2 days! Outstanding! He was really great at pointing out things about the homes that may cause further issues in the future. He made excellent recommendations on potential homes to look at. Daniel is also an extremely effective communicator we appreciated that as soon as we had any questions or issues he would imeadiatly respond. He also was able to help us negotiate a great deal and assist us on finding an amazing rate in the current market (5.5% and no closing cost to be exact). He was also able to strategically help us with closing on a Saturday so we would be able to drive our uhaul to our new home and move in imeadiatly instead of placing our items in storage. When we go to sell our home Daniel will be the first person we call. Again, if you are a veteran who is PCSing to Little Rock and want to buy a home Daniel is the guy to call.

Having met Daniel while working for an aircraft maintenance contract, and seeing him enter to the real estate business I knew he would succeed. When I needed to sell a house in Cabot, he was the first agent I went to. It was a long process for me. I am active duty military, and of which Mr. Rodriguez is retired military so he understood my situation right off the bat. Flew down to Little Rock, AR for 1 day to look at homes with him and anticipate my upcoming PCS move. He was courteous enough to pick me up from the airport and drive me around to different locations in search of my future residency. He walked me through the process, as a first time homebuyer, on every portion of document signing. At the end of the signing and closing he was also very understanding as to take time away from his family and meet me at my new home to deliver the keys on a Saturday! He exceeded all of my expectations and for that I am thankful for his help during a 2 month process. Especially during the holiday season.
